During their 90-day Emburse Adopt program, NHM simplified their approval processes by reducing the number of rules by 95%—going from 200 to eight. They added credit card feeds to expedite expense reporting by automatically reflecting card purchases in the system. The finance team learned how to utilize Emburse’s self-service features and gained confidence in administering the solutions. As a result, the team increased control and efficiency—saving approximately five hours per week.

NHM improved data visibility by learning how to use Emburse’s latest reporting and analytics features. They added additional reporting fields to optimize their data and gain a more precise view of spending, which significantly improved the audit and helped them identify areas for savings.
