A Unified Brand for a Seamless and Connected Customer Experience

By bringing all of our solutions together under a single brand — Emburse — we are making this a reality for our customers and partners. This brand unification strategy is an important leap for building a consistent and cohesive customer experience, further enhancing the value and efficiency of our world-class products.
What’s Changing
We’re building on our bold T&E vision which we unveiled in July 2024 at GBTA - read more about it in our recent blog post. I’m extremely proud that we’re delivering on what we promised in this next exciting phase of Emburse.
As part of our brand unification, Emburse Chrome River will become Emburse Enterprise, and Emburse Certify will become Emburse Professional, with all the same functionality and features that you know and trust. Both new product names reflect our company's broader vision to empower organizations worldwide with innovative tools that transform how they manage expenses, travel, accounts payable, payments and real-time data and analytics. Rest assured that you can continue to rely on the other products you love — Nexonia, Tallie, Captio and Abacus, while the product names Emburse Go and Emburse Spend will remain unchanged.
In addition, the Emburse Travel suite (formerly TRIPBAM) now includes Emburse Book, Emburse Reshop, Emburse Travel Benchmark, Emburse Audit and Emburse Travel Source.
What’s Staying the Same
While a few of our product names are evolving, everything you love about our solutions remain unchanged. You can expect the same reliable functionality, features, innovation, and support from the Emburse team.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Consistent Experience: The functionality, features and benefits you’ve come to rely on in our products are not changing. Your current contracts, agreements, and warranties will remain valid and will be honored under the new product names.
- Seamless Transition: We’ve planned our product renaming carefully to ensure it’s a smooth and straightforward experience for you. You’ll start to see the new product names across all customer touchpoints and communications in the coming months.
- Continuous Innovation: Our commitment to industry-leading solutions is steadfast. We will continue to innovate and refine our products based on your valuable feedback to make them even better.
