Capture on the go
Emburse Professional integrates with smartphones and tablets on all of the popular mobile platforms including Apple iOS, and Google Android. From any device running on these operating systems, employees can access Emburse Professional and snap pictures of receipts on the go for AI-powered data capture in the system. Automatically sync expense data, review and approve expenses, and check on the status of pending payments right from your mobile device.

Desktop upload
Upload receipts right from your desktop in a few simple steps. Log into your Emburse Professional account and click the "Add Receipts" button, then select which images or receipts you would like to upload. Once your receipts are uploaded they are automatically sent to your receipt wallet for immediate or future use.
You can forward digital receipts and images by e-mail to receipts@certify.com. You can even send receipts to Emburse Professional from multiple e-mail accounts. Incoming items will be automatically added to your receipt wallet for convenient access when building expense reports.
Good old-fashioned keyboard
Using Emburse, there’s no reason for manually entering expense data. But if you feel so compelled, tmanually entering expense details is always an option as well.
