What’s Changing January 17, 2025
In July 2024 at GBTA, we announced our bold T&E vision. You can read a refresher in this blog post. In September we announced which products will be getting updated Emburse names, and today we are sharing the rollout date: January 17, 2025.
As part of our brand unification, Emburse Chrome River will become Emburse Enterprise and Emburse Certify will become Emburse Professional, which will have all the functionality and features you know and trust. Both new product names reflect our company's broader vision to empower organizations worldwide with innovative tools that transform how they manage expenses, travel, accounts payable, payments, and real-time data and analytics.
In addition, the Emburse Travel suite (formerly TRIPBAM) now includes Emburse Book, Emburse Reshop, Emburse Travel Benchmark, Emburse Audit, and Emburse Travel Source.
On January 17, these products’ logos, login screens, and colors will reflect the updated Emburse brand.
What’s Staying the Same
While product names are being unified, the solutions remain unchanged:
- Consistent Experience: The functionality, features, and benefits you’ve come to rely on in our products are not changing. Your current contracts, agreements, and warranties will remain valid and will be honored under the new product names. Additionally, the URLs and email domains you use to login and access our support teams will remain the same.
- Seamless Transition: We’ve planned our product renaming carefully to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience for you. In the coming months, you’ll see the new product names across all customer touchpoints and communications.
- Continuous Innovation: Our commitment to industry-leading solutions is steadfast. We will continue innovating and refining our products based on your valuable feedback to improve them.
Rest assured that you can continue to rely on the other products you love — Nexonia, Tallie, Captio, Abacus, Emburse Go, and Emburse Spend with names that will remain unchanged.
What Improvements are Coming in the Future
To ensure a positive user experience, we are holding off on updating the URLs, email domains, fonts, and icons until customers are familiar with the new product names. In several months, we will roll out a second batch of updates to unify these after providing you with at least 8 weeks of notice of the exact change date so you can be prepared. If you want to update screenshots for internal documentation, you may want to wait until this time to make your updates.
