What’s your why?
My ‘Why’ used to be problem solving and technology, but I have grown to appreciate people and their journeys as my primary why. I desire to help overall at an organizational level and on an individual level. I get the most fulfillment seeing a person whom I work with energized and happy and growing. It is when I know I might have made a difference for them and they can own it 100%. If I can help set conditions to enable that, I will at every turn.
