Michael Giannetti
As the Head of People Operations, Michael is responsible for driving a culture of innovation and empowerment by developing and implementing an inclusive people strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth. He oversees all Human Resource functions including talent management, total rewards, learning and development, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition.
Michael previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at insightsoftware where he built and scaled a team that helped to drive exponential growth and expansion. Prior to insightsoftware, Michael was the Chief of HR Operations at Huron, a billion-dollar global consulting and technology company. He has also held leadership positions in the technology, healthcare, and aerospace industries.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College.
